An older road marking vehicle was approaching the end of its technological lifespan. Instead of buying a new one, the Finnish customer chose a smarter path – a thorough modernization carried out by Trysil RMM, Finland. The customer needed improved road marking quality and a more efficient workflow but wanted to avoid the cost of replacing the entire vehicle. The question was clear:

The Solution: A Complete Modernization
Trysil RMM dismantled the rear section of the vehicle and removed the old printing system along with all associated electrical components. In its place, the Trafficprinter®, developed and manufactured by Trysil, was installed.

Brand-new printer system – enables faster, more precise, and reliable road marking
Complete renewal of the electrical system – for optimal safety and operational performance
Integrated control system – unifies control of the printer, heating, and pumping systems
Modern user interface – offers operators simpler and more intuitive operation

The new control system gives operators full command of all functions from one unified platform. The old button-based interface was replaced with a modern digital control panel that is responsive, ergonomic, and easy to use – even under demanding conditions.
The result is clear: Greater marking precision, faster execution, and improved operational reliability.
